Meet Max
Max is an award-winning, fourth-generation, Bergen County real estate professional. Originally from Upper Saddle River, Max graduated from Saddle River Day School and earned his B.A. from Lehigh University.
Max went on to pursue a career in finance as a Portfolio Manager, before pursuing his passion for real estate.
Max has been a consistent top sales producer, winning awards such as Consistent NJAR circle of excellence winner, Christie’s Master Circle, and Real Trends top 1.5% in the US.
For Max, real estate development and property management, in Ho-Ho-Kus and surrounding areas, has been a generational family business that allowed him to build a fund of knowledge about Bergen County commercial and residential real estate.
For the majority of people, the purchase or sale of a home is their largest single-lifetime investment.
Max’s background in financial markets, and experience analyzing deals, help guide his clients through historical housing market trends and current market conditions.
Max’s professional experience has helped him develop strong negotiation, marketing, and sales skills, which enable him to generate creative ideas to meet both seller’s needs and the buyer’s goals.
In addition to working as an agent for Compass Real Estate, Max holds his NJ Certified Appraisal license and is a licensed real estate title producer. These additional credentials offer his clients a broad knowledge base of all aspects of the home buying and selling process. His skills and knowledge certainly don’t go unnoticed as he’s consistently quoted in the Bergen Record Real estate section.
Max and his wife, Jackie, live in Ho-Ho-Kus with their two small children. Max is very involved in the local community being part of the Ridgewood AM Rotary Club, the Ho-Ho-Kus Chamber of Commerce, and a flag football and softball coach.
