Q&A: What are some tips or advice you have for people trying to buy in Ho-Ho-Kus or move within the borough?

All seven members of our team live in HHK, so we offer our clients a wealth of local knowledge and access to our broad network. Buyers that are looking for homes the "traditional" way don't realize that we have access to exclusive off-market listings and a database of sellers that are willing to sell for the right price. This is especially advantageous in a market like HHK where inventory runs low and competition runs high.

Q&A: What are some tips or advice you can offer people trying to sell their home?

Our #1 tip is to work with an experienced real estate team like Fox & Stokes.  We can provide valuable insights, handle negotiations, and guide clients through the complex process of selling their home.  Our team provides white glove service, including expert staging, superior photography and videography, professional marketing and access to our robust database of qualified buyers.
